Intangible Cultural Heritage Projects
Dr Kishore is passionate about the safeguard and protection of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. He has been actively working for the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage of East India, especially Purulia Chhau Dance, Paika, Natua (West Bengal), and Nagpuri Dance (Jharkhand).
Dr Kishore collaborates and works closely with the Association Nationale Cultures Du Monde, France, that organises one of the biggest folklore festivals of the world - The Gannat International Folklore Festival. Dr Kishore has been collaborating with various cultural organisations, and has participated in and organised conferences, seminars and film festivals on culture.
