My teaching philosophy is grounded in the educational insights of Dr B.R. Ambedkar, who believed that education is not just a means to acquire knowledge but a powerful tool for social empowerment and justice. His emphasis on creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment inspires me to cultivate a classroom where critical thinking, active engagement, and reflection are central. Dr Ambedkar’s vision encourages me to support students in developing not only their academic skills but also their capacity to engage with diverse perspectives, accept constructive criticism, and reflect on their learning to foster personal growth and contribute positively to society.
