As a distinguished guest at Ningbo Library's Glocal Lecture series, I had the unique opportunity to delve into the enchanting world of Bollywood Song and Dance. On Saturday, 11th March, I presented my documentary, "Dancing to the Tunes of Bollywood," which explores the creativity and artistry behind Bollywood's mesmerizing song and dance sequences. The response from the audience was beyond my expectations. Their eagerness and curiosity were so palpable that the scheduled 30-minute Q&A session was extended to an hour. This experience not only showcased the universal appeal of Bollywood cinema but also highlighted China's profound love and appreciation for this vibrant art form. It was an honor to be a part of such a culturally enriching event, bridging diverse worlds through the universal language of music and dance.
